By accessing or using the GSE Screener website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

GSE Screener provides real-time and delayed stock market data, charts, company fundamentals, news, price alerts, and an AI-powered chat assistant for equities listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE). The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

The Service does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All data, analysis, and AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. GSE Screener is not a licensed broker, dealer, or investment advisor.

Past performance of any stock does not guarantee future results. Stock prices can go up or down, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, servers, or databases
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the data provided by the Service
• Use the AI Chat Assistant to generate or disseminate misleading financial information
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date market data, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Service. Stock prices may still be delayed by the upstream exchange feed even when the app refreshes more frequently. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the data.

The AI Chat Assistant generates responses using large language models. While we provide it with real market data for context, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Always verify important information independently.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and trademarks associated with GSE Screener are the property of GSE Screener or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Market data is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms and licences.

8. Price Alerts and Notifications

Price alert notifications are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered in real time or at all. Alerts may be delayed due to network conditions, server load, or device settings. You should not rely solely on price alerts for time-sensitive investment decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GSE Screener and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
